Image ads join link units - Inside AdSense

Just curious, how can we see a "small addition to the page users see after clicking a link unit topic" when we, as film izle publishers, are prohibited from clicking any links in Google ads we place on our sites? I would love to see what you mention, but I am not about to click anything!
